About

PHILOSOPHY: My practice philosophy incorporates the following: *People are highly motivated to change when they are no longer satisfied with the status quo. Therapy is an active process. My style is straightforward, engaged, understanding, & collaborative..

Author Anáis Nin said, “And the day came when the desire to remain the same was more painful than the risk to grow…”

Clients often enter therapy after realizing that despite their best efforts, they continue to feel “stuck” themselves or with someone in a relationship. Bringing some of the latest technology to evaluate one’s stress to promote physical, emotional, and mental wellness; I create a safe environment to experiment with new approaches. People’s problems often stem from distorted beliefs about themselves and others. These “subconscious automatic” distorted thoughts result in emotions and behaviors that are not supportive of growth. Enormous benefit is found in raising ones awareness in identifying and learning how to challenge and change these beliefs. There is no single path toward healing and/or contentment; however it is only the acceptance of truth when People heal and become free of stress. Each individuals needs are highly unique; I develop an approach that is individually structured for you.
